Hilary Duff's new tattoo, by any other name, would still smell as sweet

Hilary Duff has some new ink to show off.

The actress posted a photo to Instagram on Tuesday of her latest tattoo of two black and white roses on her inner arm.

Her new tattoo comes courtesy of Dr. Woo, a celebrity tattoo artist who has previously tattooed Miley Cyrus and January Jones. The roses are the latest addition to Duff's collection of tiny tattoos.

In her 2015 appearance on Ellen, she revealed that she has at least 12.

In Ellen interview, Duff explained why she chose to get several tattoos along her inner arms.

"When my arms are down, I look just like a 'normie,' and when my arms are out, I look like a badass," she told the host.
